F/O W. (Bill) Worthington, rear gunner of the J. Thompson crew of 432 Squadron.
The crew went missing while on operations to Chemnitz on February 14/15, 1945, but
F/O Worthington was not aboard, as he was ill and in the station hospital in East Moor.
