    16 Halifaxes from 424 and 429 squadron were ordered to attack 4 V-1 launching sites in the Pas De Calais area. The crews were over the target between 13,000 and 15,000 feet, releasing 113,000 lbs of high explosives on L’hey, Anderbelck, Westrove, and Bois St. Remy.

    P/O H. Kirkby of 424 squadron was hit by flak, was not serious.
    F/O D. Brown was hit by flak, was not serious.

    F/Lt. E. Hawn of 429 squadron returned to base with his bomb load as no T.I’s were seen.
