    50 Halifaxes from 424, 427, 429, and 433 squadrons were ordered on an attack of a V-1 launching site at Anderbelck. The crews were over the target at between 12,000 and 13,000 feet, releasing 389,000 lbs of high explosives. According to reports, the weather was good and the site was accurately bombed.

    F/O P. Kendrick and crew from 424 Squadron flying Halifax III LV-959 coded QB-R was attacked by an ME-109, there was no claim or damage.

    F/O V. Rand and crew from 429 Squadron flying Halifax III MZ-824 coded AL-G fired on an unidentified aircraft, no results seen.
